Key Responsibilities
As a successful MSP, you'll be responsible for: - Welcoming and attending to the needs of our Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor - Providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed client expectations - Embodying the Client First philosophy in all interactions with our Card Members - Offering personalized recommendations and services, including travel, card, and lifestyle assistance - Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to cater to the needs of our Card Members - Providing travel consultation and booking assistance - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of expertise
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry, including reservation experience - A passion for delivering proactive solutions and exceeding client expectations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for our Card Members - The ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide tailored suggestions to ensure high satisfaction - A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions - The capacity to work collaboratively with your team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - The ability to make quick, informed decisions in unexpected situations, prioritizing the client experience above all else - Proficiency in using various technology platforms and adapting to new systems and tools - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
