Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
  • Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
