[Remote] Sales Operations and Contracting Associate

They are seeking a Sales Operations and Contracting Associate to provide contract and proposal support to Sales and reputed company teams while improving operational processes. This role involves managing contract lifecycle activities, validating reputed company calculations, and maintaining CRM data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Create, prepare, and process proposals and reputed company, ensuring documents are complete and reputed company for signature
- Review reputed company for compliance with SOX and SOC1-reputed company requirements and coordinate countersignature processing
- Calculate and validate Bookings and Annual reputed company Implemented to support accurate reputed company recognition
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain client-signed reputed company and resolve outstanding issues
- Triage pricing and discount requests; reputed company to Deal Desk and obtain required approvals from Legal, Billing and Finance
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and reporting
- Support client repricing, billing initiatives, and termination processing for assigned accounts
- Manage offboarding activities for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion of required steps
- Identify and document opportunities to improve productivity and implement process improvements with appropriate automation
- Learn and apply new AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in daily work
- Maintain and update operational process documentation and standard operating rhythms
- Support partner payment validation and calculations as needed
- Provide direct operational support to assigned Sales and reputed company stakeholders
- Assist with reputed company reporting and analysis to inform decision-making
- Support additional End of Month and End of Quarter work
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a reputed company operations role
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company preferred)
- Proficiency with reputed company Acrobat
- Experience with reputed company required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience documenting and improving processes; familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools preferred
