Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the long-term reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for the L4B Services Journey, from awareness and trial through acquisition, expansion and renewal
• Engage and build relationships with experts across reputed company’s product, engineering, data science, sales, reputed company, marketing and operations teams to align shared goals, priorities and investments
• Be an expert in the reputed company for Business customers and channel partners, through user research, partner feedback, data insights and effectively communicate learnings to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Own reputed company, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, from defining product requirements and reputed company metrics to driving cross-team execution
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the user lifecycle
• Communicate clearly with cross functional teams and leadership reputed company formal and informal processes regarding strategies, tradeoffs, status and learnings

Skills

• Exceptional proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering high-quality, customer-facing experiences, preferably in a B2B domain and with a focus on customer journey and growth strategies
• Customer centricity - ability to partner with consumer Insights peers and engage with end customers and channel partners, to deeply understand customer needs and priorities
• Business acumen - ability to engage with business group and sales leadership to reputed company informed tradeoffs regarding priorities and investments that align with short and long term business goals
• Product acumen - ability to engage with designers, architects, engineers and program leaders to reputed company informed tradeoffs on architecture, UX, performance, scalability and time to market
• Data-Driven reputed company - strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
• Experimentation Expertise - experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows to improve product experiences, accelerate experimentation/analysis, and inform product decision-making
