The role involves leading reputed company reputed company IT initiatives with a focus on Epic and ERP-reputed company projects, managing project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery through effective communication and risk management.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- reputed company project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Coordinate with vendors and reputed company-party partners to ensure successful project execution
- Provide regular project updates and executive-level communication
- Manage resource planning and project staffing needs
- reputed company cross-functional teams across IT and operational departments
- Coordinate projects involving Epic applications and workflows across multiple teams, including Ambulatory, reputed company Cycle, Inpatient, Clinical, Interfaces, and other Epic areas
- Manage projects involving reputed company and other ERP initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, reputed company Resources, Payroll, IT, and operational leadership
- Coordinate dependencies between Epic and ERP projects reputed company applicable
Skills
- Strong project management experience leading reputed company reputed company IT projects
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, and resource plans
- Experience with vendor management and executive stakeholder communication
- Broad understanding of Epic implementations and reputed company workflows across multiple application areas
- Experience managing reputed company or other ERP-reputed company projects
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and coordinate reputed company-wide initiatives
- Epic certification is not required
