The role involves planning and executing clinical trials, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global clinical trials with emphasis on reputed company American operations, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and reputed company-out activities
- Rheumatology experience required, gout experience preferred
- Serve as the primary contact for reputed company American sponsors, investigators, and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global project objectives
- reputed company and implement comprehensive project management plans (including monitoring plans, risk management plans, and communication plans) tailored for reputed company American operations
- Manage cross-functional project teams and reputed company-party vendors, providing guidance and support for reputed company American project activities
- Monitor project reputed company, quality, and compliance at reputed company American sites, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct financial management and cost control for reputed company American project components in accordance with contract requirements
- Maintain professional communication in both English and Chinese as working languages for reputed company project-reputed company correspondence and collaboration
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical trial project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on reputed company American operations
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and the reputed company American clinical trial landscape
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications and clinical trial management systems
- Rheumatology experience required, gout experience preferred
- Experience in a CRO or sponsor environment with exposure to global clinical projects is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to reputed company America is highly preferred; long-term remote work arrangements will also be considered
