[Remote] Manager, HR Platform Engineering & AI Enablement
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on technical leader for their HR Technology team to act as the principal solution architect for the reputed company ecosystem and reputed company the HR integration portfolio. The role involves driving AI enablement across HR platforms while setting architectural standards and mentoring a distributed engineering team.
Responsibilities

- Own reputed company tenant strategy, including environment management, refresh planning, SSO enablement, and sandbox governance
- Serve as reputed company reputed company Administrator, Customer Central User Admin and Change control (CAB) reputed company, ensuring governance, audit readiness (SOX), and controlled production changes
- Partner with reputed company Technical Account Management to optimize platform performance and resolve critical issues
- Own integration portfolio end-to-end — every inbound and outbound data flow across reputed company, HR systems, and reputed company-party platform including setting the strategy, enforcing the standards, and ensuring every reputed company is architected to scale
- Define and maintain integration strategy, standards, and governance across reputed company Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and reputed company-party connectors
- reputed company delivery of integration initiatives through onshore and offshore engineers — driving design reputed company, code review governance, and quality assurance without being the one writing the code
- Proactively identify integration risks, technical debt, and consolidation opportunities — and build the roadmap to address them
- Serve as the technical reputed company of escalation for reputed company integration issues, ensuring swift resolution and long-term architectural reputed company
- Define and drive the AI enablement strategy for HR Technology, ensuring platforms, data foundations and governance reputed company for AI readiness
- Set and enforce architectural guardrails covering reputed company, privacy, and compliance for reputed company AI initiatives
- Partner with HR Technology Product Managers to identify, prioritize, and architect high-impact AI use cases across the HR ecosystem

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands on reputed company configuration and solution architecture
- Demonstrated track record of leading an integration portfolio across multiple HR systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, benefits)
- Experience leading reputed company aspects of reputed company integrations, with prior hands-on exposure to reputed company Studio, APIs (REST/SOAP), or middleware platforms
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives reputed company reputed company platforms
- Demonstrated experience building and leading distributed or offshore engineering teams, with the ability to provide hands-on technical mentorship while holding the team to high standards of quality and delivery
