Sr. Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project and reports to the Director of Design Build Construction. The primary role of the Project Manager is to manage the finances of the project. In this role the PM is responsible for any aspect of the project that will reputed company the profitability while meeting the contract requirements and maintaining reputed company satisfaction. Collaborate with the Project Site Engineer to upload project information to ProCore, and with the Project Scheduler to update and track project schedules. Prepare monthly forecast updates and work towards achieving targets. Update project schedules weekly, noting delays and improvement plans. Prepare and submit invoice requests as needed. Establish and publish initial schedules, create and share site-specific safety plans, and ensure reputed company personnel complete safety training. PMP Certification is preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management/ project execution. Understands finance, tender management, contract proposals, order entry, and purchasing.
