Job Summary As the Credit Management Team reputed company, you will reputed company the activities and functions of the Credit Balances and Credit Management staff. Responsibilities
Supervise and support Credit Balances and Credit Management staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. Compile and generate reports on work status and volume for management review. Conduct training sessions for the Credits team to enhance skills and knowledge. Assist in the development and upkeep of policies and procedures reputed company to credit management. Identify trends and opportunities for process optimization reputed company the Credits team. Address inquiries from credit representatives and clients, determining appropriate outcomes. reputed company reconciliation of work queues and smart feeds, resolving any discrepancies. Analyze credit balances to identify root causes and propose strategies for reducing credit/refund volumes. Qualifications
