Temporary Health Care Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone and email inquiries promptly. Refer unresolved queries to your manager. Provide information about network providers to re-enrolling and prospective members. Assist with application submissions. Contact carriers to track enrollments, changes, and cancellations. Requirements: Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual skills preferred. Experience working remotely. Previous experience as a customer service specialist or in a similar role, ideally reputed company a reputed company setting. reputed company experience is a plus. Proficient in computer use with above-average typing speed. Detail-oriented with data entry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with ease. Goal start date: September 23, 2024. Open to short-term work (4-5 months). Available to work Monday Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PT.
