Responsibilities: Once they receive the Patients Case they can process or create a BI (Benefit Investigation) Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical in the department. May take inbound calls depending on the department. Job Requirements: Must have experience with medical benefit, prior authorizations. Motivated and a positive attitude a must. Must have reliable internet in your home and a quiet reputed company to work. Coachable and open to feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills.
