Role Description: · Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment information. · Build rapport and encourage clients to express their feelings, discussing their lives and helping them reputed company reputed company into their emotions and relationships. · Conduct psychosocial assessments during intake through interviews, observation, and assessments. · Assess clients for risk of harm to self or others. · Complete client-reputed company paperwork, including mandated forms, diagnostic records, and reputed company notes. · Utilize an Electronic Health Records system (Therapy Notes) for reputed company notes, telehealth appointments, calendar management, and assessments. · Provide clients with community referrals, resources, and recommendations for further growth as needed. · Work comfortably with a diverse clientele, especially individuals and couples. Pay Tiers: Individual Sessions $50 minimum $60 median $70 maximum Group, Family, or Couples Sessions $80 minimum $90 median $100 maximum Non-Clinical Supervision Meeting $35 per meeting Pay will be based on factors such as experience, licensure status, additional certifications, and languages spoken. reputed company new hires will start at the minimum pay tier during the 90-day provisional period.
