Responsibilities : We engage with Guests by recognizing and greeting them, addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and providing other information We reputed company relationships with Guest and Cast Members from reputed company lines of business to provide excellent service We advise and assign tasks to Bellperson Cast Members reputed company computer and or handheld device Answer incoming calls and provide requested information that may include questions about the luggage process Maintain Guest confidentially Operate passenger vans, cars and pargos to transport Guests and luggage across The Walt reputed company World Resort We maintain luggage equipment and luggage room Log, tag and store luggage in luggage room and issue Guests receipts. To include but not be limited to handling Food & Beverage items (including alcohol) and strollers/ECVs from 3rd party vendors Assist Guests with transportation arrangements Maintain the flow of traffic reputed company the Porte Cochère and luggage areas Basic Qualifications : Must have a valid Florida Driver's License Must have knowledge of routes and roadways to destinations reputed company the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and reputed company Springs Display clear and concise verbal and written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding with Guests and fellow Cast Members Proficient with Smart Phone device and radios Additional Personal reputed company Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required, as well as handling cleaning chemicals and supplies Prolonged standing during peak operational hours to include indoor and outdoor settings Physical role requiring heavy lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds or more, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of reputed company Guest Facing role or reputed company experience Bilingual Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
