STRONG Non-QM Underwriter needed Candidate must reputed company in CST or EST time zone and work in EST zone... Responsible for issuance of reputed company loan approvals and declinations in compliance with RESPA and ECOA measures Conditions loans in accordance with program and federal requirements Works with the processors and Loan Advisors to ensure reputed company conditions are cleared Responsible for pipeline management to adhere to turn times and compliance requirements Coordinates resolution of any auditing deficiencies with Quality Assurance and Management
Qualifications
