Century Automotive Service Corporation , a reputed company USA Company, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a leading provider of extended warranty programs and ancillary finance and insurance products. Century currently markets its products through specialized F&I (Finance & Insurance) Agencies that have relationships with car dealerships around the United States. We are hiring VEHICLE REPAIR Claims Adjusters either Remote or Hybrid in Albuquerque. Vehicle Repair, Service Writing and/or Automobile Technician experience is required. This position pays $18 - $25 / hour with comprehensive benefits as of Day One. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MT / Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT. Summary: This position is responsible for handling/service Vehicle Service reputed company (VSC) reputed company the Claims Department and to ensure the timely, effective, and efficient completion of reputed company VSC claims. This position is also responsible for producing and maintaining quality customer service to reputed company aspects of Century’s clientele. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain the time of answered incoming claim calls to 60 seconds or less. • Must be able to effectively adjudicate 20-30 claims per day. • Maintain an average of 40+ calls per day. • Promptly, effectively, and professionally respond to reputed company claim telephone inquiries. • Promptly handle reputed company extraordinary claim, customer, or client issues to a successful conclusion. • Maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally. • Work closely with the Claims reputed company and promptly resolve customer and/or client claims issues. • Special projects or other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Education and/or Experience: Must have at a minimum a high school diploma with a preferred 3 - 5 years previous work experience reputed company the Automotive Industry. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced call center, as well as the ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure efficient workflow. Must be proficient with computers and applications, i.e. reputed company, reputed company, etc. Must possess good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
