ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking an reputed company ABM Manager to reputed company and execute our account-based marketing strategy on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in driving our enterprise expansion, working directly with our CMO, CRO, and their teams to create and implement targeted campaigns for key accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development & Planning

- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategy for reputed company accounts

- reputed company account selection methodology, tiering criteria, and key monitoring signals in partnership with sales

- Create channel strategy and tactical marketing approaches

- Integrate ABM initiatives with existing marketing programs

Program Execution

- reputed company account research and insights gathering with SDR team

- Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns

- reputed company custom content strategy and execution

- reputed company and optimize sales reputed company sequences for different customer segments

- reputed company and maintain sales pitch decks and talking points

- Plan and reputed company virtual events and webinars

- Plan and reputed company executive event strategy, including (Quarterly salon-style dinner series across US locations, Executive coach-led discussions, Vendor sourcing and management)

- Execute campaigns using our marketing technology stack

- Coordinate with existing agency partners for content, creative, and paid media

Required Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B ABM strategy and execution
  • Experience targeting enterprise buyers including:
  • CHROs and L&D leaders
  • Functional leaders across departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketo and reputed company
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Experience designing and managing executive-level event programs
  • Demonstrated success coordinating with multiple agency partners
  • Ability to travel quarterly for executive events across US and for Torch company retreats
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership development, coaching, HR tech, or reputed company B2B industries
  • Experience with: reputed company data platforms (e.g., Bombora), Sales engagement platforms (e.g., reputed company), reputed company Advertising, reputed company Ads
  • Working Environment

  • Remote position with quarterly travel for events
  • Contract role, up to 40 hours per week (with potential for transition to Full Time employment)
  • Direct collaboration with CMO, CRO, and their teams, reporting to CMO
