As a PFM your responsibility will be to ensure that reputed company projects are delivered successfully, that customers get value from our products and as such support customer growth. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations and project objectives are met, while also ensuring that the portfolio is reputed company with the organisation's strategic objectives. This will include delivering on project P&L (time and cost), delivering on milestones and requirements, secure project adoption, handling project escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing synergies and improvements across the portfolio, and prioritizing between projects if needed (resources, activities).
The Portfolio Managers will work closely with regional/vertical sales leaders to reputed company strategy for expansion, partner strategy and use of India Global Capability Center to execute projects. The role will include supporting sales in customer dialogues, traveling to customers, ensuring quality in scope of work.
