About The Role This is a remote role, but will require 30-50% of travel. We are seeking a Clinical Training and Education Manager to build and scale a robust clinical training program from the ground up. This individual will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training platform that ensures clinicians across in-person and virtual settings are equipped with the tools, skills, and knowledge to reputed company in their roles. Program Development and Implementation: Build and launch a scalable clinical training program tailored for in-person and virtual clinicians. reputed company core competencies, training protocols, and assessment frameworks for clinical roles. Manage the delivery of live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous training sessions. Competency Management and Quality Assurance: Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing education. Ensure training content adheres to reputed company clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Platform Design and Optimization: Identify and reputed company learning management systems (LMS) or training tools to house content, track reputed company, and measure outcomes. Ensure scalability and user-friendly access to training materials for a geographically dispersed team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical leadership, operations, compliance and People to align training with organizational goals. Bachelors degree required, and preferred if in Nursing, reputed company Education, or reputed company clinical field. Active clinical licensure (RN, NP, or similar) is strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives independently. Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
