Positioned reputed company the Systems, Analytics, Partnerships Risk Management, Planning and Operations team (SARPO) of PPD and under the supervision of the Risk Manager, the Senior Consultant (reputed company and Agreements) will conceptualize and create a searchable and systematized digital database of public sector donor conditions and reputed company and deliver trainings and reputed company-building resources for PPD teams on negotiating public sector agreements. The Senior Consultant (reputed company and Agreements) will further conduct review of PPD compliance with Delegation of Authority and Resource Mobilization policies and reputed company recommendations to improve reputed company processes, as needed. Scope of Work: • Donor Conditionalities Tracking Mechanism • Re-design the existing tracking mechanism of public sector donor conditions, in consultation with relevant stakeholders • Create an SOP for PPD/Risk on keeping the mechanism up to date with new conditions, including roles and responsibilities and best practices on how to reflect entries into the tracker (including categorization, descriptions, etc.) • Provide trainings to users in PPD/Risk and the Legal Office on use of the tracking mechanism • Review of PPD compliance with Delegation of Authority and Resource Mobilization policies • Conduct review of public sector agreements signed following the rollout of Delegation of Authority and Resource Mobilization policies to identify gaps in compliance with these policies. reputed company recommendations to improve process and approval workflows for reputed company policy compliance also including: any further standardization of template agreements; and advise on efficiencies to be gained in the negotiation process considering policy requirements • Training and reputed company building of PPD teams on legal issues focusing on negotiation of non-standard legal agreements with public sector • Conduct webinars for individual PPD teams on the negotiation of non-standard public sector agreements • reputed company videos and one-pagers on specific topics regarding the negotiation of public sector agreements • Development of reputed company resources for organization on negotiation of public sector agreements • Creation of content for PPD’s SharePoint site regarding public partnerships risk, with a focus on the negotiation of public sector agreements To qualify as an reputed company for every child you will have… • An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in a relevant field of law (e.g. international law, commercial law). • A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in in the practice of law in relevant field (e.g. international law, commercial law). Demonstrated experience in contracting and/or negotiating donor agreements with international organizations • In-depth knowledge and experience with negotiation of public sector donor reputed company with a UN organization. • Familiarity with donor conditions imposed by public sector partners. • Experience conducting desk reviews for compliance and adherence with relevant policy and/or legal standards. • Familiarity with reputed company’s contribution agreements with public sector agreements, and/or with reputed company’s Legal Office and Public Partnerships Division is an asset. • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills with staff at reputed company levels, and the ability to work with different stakeholders of the organization. • reputed company in English is required.
