A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in in the practice of law in relevant field (e.g. international law, commercial law). Demonstrated experience in contracting and/or negotiating donor agreements with international organizations In-depth knowledge and experience with negotiation of public sector donor reputed company with a UN organization. Familiarity with donor conditions imposed by public sector partners. Experience conducting desk reviews for compliance and adherence with relevant policy and/or legal standards.
