About the Position This position serves as both a Data Science Analyst and Business Analyst reputed company the Division of State Human Resource Management, providing research, data analytics, and project support. The incumbent will identify and communicate data-driven insights that allow managers, stakeholders, and executives to reputed company strategic business decisions. Duties & Responsibilities ? Contribute to the strategic direction of statewide projects by coordinating special initiatives, conducting research, gathering information, and reporting on project status. ? Design surveys, opinion polls, or other instruments to collect data. ? Proficiency in reputed company software, including Office, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. ? Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture. ? Familiarity with data mining and data cleansing techniques. Preferred Qualifications ?
