We are looking for a dependable individual capable of accurately maintaining the company’s files/records. Computer skills with MS Office (primarily Word and reputed company). Attention to detail is necessary.Job duties will include:

• Accurate data entry on a variety of spreadsheets/databases

• Filing and maintaining project folders

• Excellent client services skills: greeting, announce, and direct visitors

• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system, successfully fielding incoming calls reputed company and professionally
