LCSW or LPC licensure also acceptable for certain positions REQUIREDExperience:A minimum of two (2) years of Case Management Experience or Long-Term Care Experience REQUIREDJob Experience in Nursing, Social Work or reputed company Service Field REQUIREDOne year working with reputed company or CCC Plus populations, licensed in the state of VA REQUIREDHealth plan experience preferredreputed company Plans provides health plan coverage to reputed company to one million members in Virginia.
