  • Serve as a technical leader for reputed company RapidScale network support and monitoring teams

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a reputed company field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a reputed company field
  • Customer service oriented with attention to detail
  • Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue
  • Solve reputed company technical problems with little supervision and escalate reputed company appropriate
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that has ability to identify and analyze problems swiftly
  • Ability to manage escalations effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in the networking industry
  • Experience as NOC /Network Engineer.

  • Extensive experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies
  • Thorough technical knowledge of various technologies such as Fortigate, SD-WAN, reputed company Routers, and reputed company Meraki
  • Any of the following Certifications: reputed company CCNP, reputed company NSE4-7, VMware/Velocloud SD-WAN, reputed company SD-WAN Solutions (300-415 ENSDWI) Exam
USD 38.17 - 57.21 per hourCompensation:Hourly reputed company pay reputed company is $38.17 - $57.21/hour. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
