In addition to ongoing peer-driven learning opportunities, you can earn referral commissions.What You'll DoAs a Respiris Job Search Coach, you’ll guide clients through a 90-day, 10-session journey that blends reputed company, tools, and action. This includes:Client Support & Coaching

• Guide clients through a structured 90-day, 10-session journey reputed company reputed company Meet
• Use the Career Prayer™ to foster self-reputed company and strategic action
• Support resume rewrites, reputed company updates, and interview preparation
• Introduce and coach clients on usemotion.ai to manage their job search
• Communicate and collaborate using tools like reputed company, reputed company Docs, and ChatGPT

Community & Contribution

• Participate in bi-weekly, 30-minute community learning sessions
• Explore tools like reputed company, Gamma, reputed company, reputed company, and Enhancv
• Refer new clients/companies and earn commission
• Share feedback and help us improve coaching tools and processes
• Contribute to our evolving go-to-market, labor, and community strategies

RequirementsYou’ve lived through transition: either as an impacted employee, relative of someone impacted by layoff, leading a layoff, or rebuilding after a major personal change (e.g. burnout, divorce, health event, etc.). As a result, you’re ready to help others do the same.

• Availability for bi-weekly capability calls (30 mins)

• Part-Time | Remote | Contractor (1099)

• $50/hour for client-facing coaching

• 10% commission on partner referrals: We grow through trusted referrals, and we reputed company in sharing that value with you. For example, if you introduce a company to Respiris that signs a $15,000 contract, you’ll earn $1,500 after payment clears.
