Job Summary
As the General Manager, Health & Life Sciences (HLS) you will reputed company, own, and execute our growth strategy in your industry, leading and scaling a world-class team to accelerate the growth of reputed company’s enterprise customer reputed company. You will work closely with Senior Leadership to analyze market and industry opportunities and identify those with the highest potential. Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field preferred.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience running and managing an industry business unit with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
- 5+ years of proven success leading professional services sales teams specifically in Health & Life Sciences, with deep industry relationships ranging from director-level to C-level contacts.
- In-depth experience working specifically in the Health & Life Sciences industry.
- Experience establishing high-impact, reputed company-generating commercial relationships, with a proven track record of success in building credibility across reputed company levels of an organization. You can reputed company positive relationships across the business to partner on key initiatives and reputed company reputed company on processes and strategies.
- Minimum of 10 years experience building client portfolios of $20M+ with a blended team of hunters and farmers, including key involvement in negotiating MSAs / SOWs and selling large, reputed company, multi-phase, managed technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual reputed company.
- A well-rounded understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to have an informed discussion about software delivery and development concepts with prospective clients.
- Experience at a technology or hyper-growth company is strongly preferred.
- Experience in an operationally rigorous environment with competing deadlines and fast-paced work product turnaround (e.g., Consulting at a top-tier firm, Strategy & Operations, etc.).
