Job Overview The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service to members, ensuring their primary concerns are satisfied. The individual in this role will ensure that member needs are addressed quickly with responses delivered in a timely manner. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days reputed company in our Chicago officeWhat you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
- Answer and respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails from reputed company members daily; assist with account questions and provide information reputed company to a member's account
- Serve as subject matter expert for various loyalty rewards programs with reputed company and other partner brands reputed company assisting with member inquiries
- Analyze member account issues, troubleshoot, and negotiate resolutions
- Assist in processing missing dining benefit transactions

- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of inbound call center or customer service experience
- Experience using call center computer software
- AS400 system experience preferred
- Ability to type 30 WPM

- This is a full-time, nonexempt position; the reputed company compensation for this opening is expected to be $20-$23 per hour, based on candidate experience, skills, and other factors
