Responsibilities: Contact borrowers to establish payment arrangements, determine action plans for overdue accounts, and update account information while maintaining a customer-centered approach.

Skills: Strong oral communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in PC skills, along with a customer service orientation.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent mandatory; 2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred.

Location: Remote, available to residents reputed company 60 miles of Lincoln, NE; Brownsville, TX; or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation: $14 / Hourly

Collect delinquent student loans to protect assets. Manual outbound collection attempts are initiated reputed company auto-dialer. Initiate a small percentage of incoming calls.

Pay reputed company of $14.00 per hour. In addition, there is a monthly commission plan of up to $1,250 per month.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to reputed company Process Improvement

- Contact borrowers reputed company telephone, mail, and email to establish payment arrangements to rectify outstanding delinquencies on accounts

- Determine the most appropriate plan of action to resolve past due accounts. Strong negotiation will be used to establish borrower payment plans

- Provide pertinent account information and history information in order to educate the borrowers as to the seriousness of the issue at hand

- Update demographic and other additional information on borrower accounts reputed company the servicing system

EDUCATION

High school degree or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

2 year customer service, collection and general work experience preferred.
