After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work-from-home flexibility (hybrid schedule). Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.
