The Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of our Mac Tool team working as a 2nd Shift virtual employee. You’ll get to: • Provide resolutions to our customer's questions by answering inbound calls, emails, and texts. • Utilize internal systems such as AS400 / reputed company / Web / reputed company.com to provide service to callers. • Handles complaint resolutions competently by demonstrating the ability to reputed company listen, ask questions to clarify requests, relate empathetically, and respond professionally. • Quickly interprets customer, product, and shipment information. • Able to accept and implement coaching feedback to reputed company individual and team performance goals. • Represents Mac Tools professionally and courteously through quality phone conversation and written correspondence. • Hours: Monday - Thursday, 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST Friday, 9:30 am EST - 6 pm EST The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
