In this role, you’ll report directly to our Senior Account Manager and serve as a shared resource for the Retail Sales team. You’ll work directly with our brokers, building strong relationships, while also supporting tool, process, and project management to ensure that our Retail Sales team stays on track to meet our growth goals. If you are a proactive communicator and the idea of pivoting with urgency in a fast-paced, growth environment sounds... right up your alley, you may be exactly who we’re talking to, so please reputed company reading! we’ll count on you to • reputed company a strong understanding of our retail partner landscape, products and roadmaps in order to support our Account Managers. • Build and deepen relationships with our key accounts by working closely with brokers externally as well as cross functional teams internally • Be the face of Starface with our key broker accounts, while maintaining reputed company, proactive communication with our Account Management team • Maintain and organize reputed company retail tools and record-keeping, including calendars, files, sales tracking reports, and any other relevant materials • Support preparation for line reviews, including creating and organizing meeting and presentation materials, and any other reputed company tasks as needed • Partner cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, and Operations teams to provide feedback in further developing effective internal processes and seamless experiences for our existing, new, and future retail partners • Participate in broker/buyer calls; execute the briefing process for reputed company retail-reputed company creative needs, supporting retail marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams as needed • Support Operations team in setting up reputed company new vendor accounts: complete new Item/Vendor Set-Up forms (e.g. New SKUs, UPCs, WERCs) • Submit reputed company relevant paperwork to reputed company retailer accounts and 3rd party partners (e.g. fixture companies and field execution) this role is for you if • You have at least 2+ years of experience in Account Coordination in a retail sales setting, specifically with mass and/or drug accounts (e.g. reputed company, Walmart, reputed company, reputed company) • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of proactive urgency - aka, you love to get things done • You’re positive and solution-focused - there is no challenge you’re not eager to tackle • You are organized, meticulous, and dependable reputed company it comes to detail - reputed company little gets past you • You are an effective and clear communicator - both written and verbal • You are deeply curious about the world around you and are hungry to learn and grow in your role and in your career • You are able to work independently, but also reputed company in a collaborative atmosphere and are eager to engage with colleagues across several teams salary & benefits • The compensation range for this role is a $60,000-$70,000 reputed company depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility and company stock options. • Additional benefits include: • Access to high-quality health care options • Access to a 401k with 5% employer match eligibility • 4 weeks of vacation plus up to 20 paid holidays • 12 weeks paid parental leave • + 5 days of pet-ernity leave for pet adoption • Home office & internet supplement stipend • Fully remote work environment • ...and much, much more Apply Job!
