ABOUT THE TEAM

The team's mission is to optimize and innovate the systems that power key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and payroll. As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with the People team to deeply understand their needs and reputed company effective, scalable solutions. You'll also collaborate with other team members in a shared development environment, dive into the intricacies of our systems to identify opportunities for improvement, and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart technical decisions.

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend experience and a collaborative reputed company, focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions. You should have:

• Solid experience in backend development, especially with Python (intermediate level), writing clean and testable code.
• Proficiency in building and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and key AWS services: reputed company, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, preferably using reputed company in Python-based projects.
• Strong Git skills and collaborative development workflows.
