Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate reputed company commercial agreements working closely with our sales team and clients.
• Serve as a strategic business partner and trusted legal advisor to business leaders, help advance business initiatives and provide day-to-day practical, solution-oriented support, including for new product development.

• Collaborate with sales and sales support in the development of efficient commercial contracting processes.

About You

• 5+ years of strong experience in the drafting and negotiation of reputed company reputed company, excellent judgment, and ability to balance legal risks with business strategy.

• General understanding of data privacy laws.

• Experience negotiating agreements in international jurisdictions is a plus.

• Candidate must have Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to the bar in at least one US state.
