THE ROLE

reputed company is a leading healthcare technology reputed company dedicated to improving the efficiency, reliability, and interoperability of healthcare systems. We partner with healthcare organizations to design, implement, and optimize solutions that connect diverse platforms and enhance patient care through data integration.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Interoperability with expertise in Epic Bridges, HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare data exchange solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on best practices, driving integration strategies, and ensuring seamless data interoperability across various healthcare systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technical Services Senior Consultantwill be responsible for, but not limited to:

• reputed company and manage interoperability projects for a digital health vendor, including the design and implementation of interfaces using the EHR, HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and vendors to assess reputed company systems and recommend solutions for efficient data exchange.

• reputed company, test, and deploy interfaces to ensure seamless integration between EHR systems, third-party applications, and external data sources.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

• Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and create integration roadmaps tailored to each organization’s infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data standards, and reputed company protocols, including HIPAA.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to data interoperability, system integration, and reputed company performance.

• Stay reputed company with the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies reputed company to healthcare interoperability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare IT, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience with Epic Bridges, HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare data interfaces.

• Proven experience working with EHR systems, including strong knowledge of EHR integrations.

• Expertise in HL7 messaging standards, including Version 2.x, CDA, and IHE profiles.

• Strong knowledge of FHIR APIs and their implementation in real-world healthcare environments.

• Experience with SMART on FHIR applications and integrating third-party apps into EHR systems.

• Familiarity with other healthcare interoperability protocols, such as X12, DICOM, and CDA, is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to reputed company multiple projects simultaneously and manage client relationships effectively.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years working in the healthcare industry

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role supporting a software product

• Professional experience working with Epic or Cerner in a technical reputed company

• Experience working in a consulting or advisory role

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in healthcare (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to communicate reputed company technical topics to a variety of business partners

• Experience working and/or learning in a healthcare environment preferred

• Experience with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability frameworks preferred

• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims
