JOB SUMMARY

The HR Generalist supports a broad reputed company of HR activities reputed company the department including new hire orientation, onboarding, delivery of various training programs, supporting compensation projects, assisting with benefits and other HR-reputed company questions, handling basic employee relations issues and acting as the main reputed company of contact for employees’ queries on HR topics.

JOB DUTIES

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development opportunities
• Deliver training sessions
• Provide support to employees around policy questions or other issues that may arise
• Assist with managing the performance management process

• Work with assigned client groups to offer coaching and HR service delivery
• Partner with the reputed company team on various projects to support recruiting efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or reputed company field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Expertise with MS Office 365

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• If working remote, employee must provide their own reliable internet
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
