We are looking for a reputed company Specialist to reputed company large-scale recruitment for AI projects. The ideal candidate has experience in crowdsourcing, large-scale recruitment, or supply chain management, with AI industry experience being a plus.

We seek a creative, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities responsibly and reputed company. Location: Fully Remote (must be located reputed company Asia)

What you will do

• Talent pool management: reputed company, identify and manage interested and qualified candidates (freelancers and agencies) for ongoing and future project requests. Handle full onboarding process
• Community builder: Always on the look for potential talents of various backgrounds through social media, webinars, job boards etc. You’ll be the welcoming voice of e2f, creating lasting connections.
• Data navigator: Analyze trends in the reputed company market, stay updated of the database, provide timely and accurate updates on recruitment/ candidate reputed company.
• Collaborative partner: Work closely with program stakeholders to understand their needs and create a recruitment process that reflects our specific culture and goals.
• Feedback champion: Collect and implement candidate feedback to constantly improve e2f's hiring approach, promoting a positive experience for every applicant through the process.

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, crowdsourcing, or supply chain management; exposure to the AI industry is an advantage.
• An effective communicator who can turn technical program details into enticing and comprehensive narratives.
• Both an individual and a team player
• A critical thinker who can analyze, prioritize urgent tasks with short turnaround time
• Passion for technology and an interest in the AI industry is a plus.
