Role description:

Our Portland office is seeking an entry level/recent graduate to become a key member of our design team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, along with knowledge in health care architecture. We are looking for a motivated team player who is organized, detail-oriented, design-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role accountabilities:

• Assists in the preparation of Architectural designs and drawings including preliminary concepts and sketches
• Assists with preliminary analysis of codes and other regulatory requirements
• Assists in the preparation of permit submission packages
• Assists with basic coordination of consultant activity
• Assists with preparation and revision of construction drawings
• Research building products for value and efficiency
• Assists with the review of working drawings reputed company by in-house staff or reputed company consultants
• Prepares revisions to existing working drawings and other documents reputed company by staff and/or reputed company consultants
• Administers and maintains reputed company project files and drawings
• Assists with the preparation of presentations, graphics
• May participate in client presentations
• May participate in marketing and business development efforts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor/Master of Architecture from an NCARB accredited institution
• Strong technical competency, proficient in Revit

reputed company offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $49,390 - $79,023 / per year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
