We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client reputed company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads reputed company reputed company, email, and other channels

  • Clearly reputed company Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies

  • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate reputed company information and activity logs

  • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and reputed company reputed company strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ year of experience in a sales, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company role

  • Familiarity with recruitment, reputed company, or HR services

  • Experience selling to North American markets

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable with cold reputed company (email and reputed company)

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Plus

  • Previous experience working remotely or with international teams

  • Knowledge of CRM tools like reputed company or Pipedrive
