Business Development Associate (Sales Outbound)who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.

What you’ll do

  • Sales and reputed company sourcing: Acquire and reputed company business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiation and closing of deals: reputed company contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
  • Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove reputed company engaging local partners to promote our services and values
  • Generate New Business reputed company as per Targets
  • Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned
  • Special/reputed company projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
  • Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
  • Work location: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
  • What you’ll need

  • Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business reputed company subjects;
  • Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales in the logistics industry;
  • Outstanding presentation & communications skills;
  • reputed company to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
  • Good knowledge of MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
  • Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility;
  • Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;
