This role will focus on ensuring the organization adheres to global regulatory requirements while implementing best-in-class corporate governance practices.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of regulatory environments, corporate governance structures, and ethical business practices. They will collaborate with senior leaders, boards, and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain corporate governance policies and practices, including board governance, shareholder engagement, and regulatory filings, as applicable.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global or multinational organization, particularly in the technology services industry, is highly desirable.

  • Expertise in regulatory requirements, including data protection laws, anti-corruption legislation, and corporate disclosure obligations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
  • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) certification, or equivalent certifications preferred.
