Senior Program Manager, Contingent Workforce Systems

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager, Contingent Workforce Systems to reputed company the strategy, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of systems supporting our

contingent workforce—including Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role will reputed company technology roadmaps, manage platform integrations, and align system capabilities with evolving business needs.

In this role, you will

  • Design scalable, secure system architectures integrating WFM, VMS (e.g., reputed company Fieldglass, Beeline), and LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, reputed company Learning, reputed company SuccessFactors).
  • Own lifecycle management of contingent workforce platforms including vendor reputed company, updates, and enhancements.
  • reputed company vendor selection and performance management (Fieldglass, Beeline, Kronos, reputed company, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment with business, HR, legal, and procurement policies.
  • Create and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies for users and business partners.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in reputed company program management or solution architecture.
  • Direct experience managing or implementing VMS (Beeline, reputed company Fieldglass), WFM (Kronos/reputed company), and LMS (Cornerstone, reputed company Learning, reputed company SuccessFactors).
  • Strong knowledge of contingent labor models and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with integrations between VMS/LMS and ERP/HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)Proficient in project/program management tools (Jira, MS Project, reputed company)
  • Preferred Qualification

  • PMP, TOGAF, or SAFe certifications
  • Additional Information

    There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $201,000 to $242,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
