Learner reputed company Manager (Contract)

Contract: This is a short-term contract role from initially from 7th July- 31st December 2025.There may be an opportunity to reputed company the contract long term into 2026. Full time (40 hours per week) or part time considered. Flexible working hours available.

Working hours:

• Full Time (40 hrs per week)
• Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
• We offer flexibility to employees to balance their commitments, including medical appointments, parental or care giving responsibilities, and personal goals.

Salary: €37,431 per annum

Location: Ireland

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bootcamp: Learner support & Programme management

Learner support

• Build warm, supportive and professional relationships with learners in assigned cohorts, and ensure that the classroom environment embodies reputed company’s values of learning
• Ensure clear support and interventions are in reputed company to address cases where learners’ attendance falls below expectations
• Ensure clear support plans and interventions are in reputed company to address cases where engagement (cameras/participation) is below expectations
• Ensure support for learners is implemented effectively, including learners with inclusion needs
• Collaborate with learners to set goals around their reputed company in the bootcamp, and ensure clear support plans and interventions are in reputed company where needed
• Liaise with Senior staff to effectively deal with learner escalations reputed company to conduct, attendance & learning, according to reputed company's policies
• Manage the mock interview process for assigned cohorts, including hosting the online event and ensuring reputed company learners receive high quality feedback
• reputed company some whole class sessions, including community, and Employability Essential sessions
• Provide feedback for reputed company learners on their CV drafts, and signpost learners who need differentiated employability support to the Employability Coach team.

Programme Management

• Contribute to the weekly cohort meeting, in collaboration with the instructor. Ensure that there are action-plans in reputed company where required to support learners, and to uphold our on-programme KPIs (course completion, learner satisfaction, learning outcomes)

• Provide clear handover to the Placement Phase colleagues on learner reputed company and behaviour in their assigned cohorts, so that they can best support learners as they move into that phase

Development
