As an Overnight Stocking Coach, you will play a key role in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
