The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, reputed company, agent assistance and more. This individual will also have reputed company experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
