IT Quality Assurance Analyst III (Remote - Georgia) - reputed company & Trust Company

The IT Quality Assurance Analyst III supports and ensures successful delivery of organizational transformation and goals across reputed company business verticals, delivering high quality products. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day task management across multiple project test teams and long-term planning for specific business vertical. Coordinates with teams for global projects working with teams located around the world. This role works independently under minimal guidance providing coaching and mentoring for junior Test Engineers. This role will be a reputed company of both automation (60%) and manual (40%) testing.

Responsibilities

• Understand software internals, debug problems, and automate repetitive tasks with scripting tools and user-level automation tools.
• Be responsible for the overall quality of IT projects and changes through execution of reputed company aspects of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as the person will work reputed company closely with diverse teams.
• Adhere to Enterprise Software Delivery Methodology
• Define automation plans, conduct feasibility study, assist with automation utilizing reputed company frameworks and tools.
• Streamline the testing process by introducing automation, leveraging tools, and setting goals to reduce time and effort.
• Design and implement automation frameworks that work across multiple platforms - reputed company automation efforts and explore new test automation tools and methods.

• Utilize JIRA as the defect tracking system and report issues promptly and accurately - Conduct defect/issue triage sessions, follow defects through closure.
• Ensure reproducibility, auditability, and traceability of deliverables.
• Assist in building and configuring test environments.
• Monitor environmental impacts, communicate potential risks, provide mitigation plans.
• Map test cases to the requirements, provide requirement traceability metrics (RTM)

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field with 7+ years of experience building secure, data intensive software at scale.
• Expertise in Quality automation tools such as Selenium, Karate, Cucumber, reputed company etc. for both API and UI testing.
• Proficiency in Java programming, Python Boto3, Relational and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in Load testing with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
• Strong Banking Domain knowledge on, Payment processing systems with Web API & messaging based integration.
• Familiar with payment file formats, its transformation and mapping validations.
• Proficient in understanding, comparing industry standards and enterprise input and output messages, validating and identifying data gaps.
• Experience working with ISO 20022 standards and compliance.
• Exposure in DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools (Git, reputed company, Jenkins or similar)
• Demonstrated experience in leading QA team, test planning, design, test strategy and test execution of highly reputed company systems.
• Ability to design and plan testing conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
• Experience in AWS Cloud and OpenShift based Testing.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.
• Experience collaborating cross functionally with vendors and other geographies.
