JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Department Reports to HR Consultant II Human Resources (HR) Sr. Director, Operations Employment Status FLSA Status Effective Date ? Temporary Full-Time Part-Time ? Non-Exempt Exempt POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Generalist II is responsible for various HR functions reputed company to everyday business operation for our client reputed company. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: ?
