What you will be doing:

• Maintain strong ongoing communications with sales and marketing teams to assess their needs and receive feedback on their experience with reputed company and event quality, as well as other reputed company-generating campaigns.
• Prepare and present targeted presentations, promoting program awareness and participation at federal trade shows, trade organizations, stakeholder events, and industry-recognized associations.
• Assist multiple program managers with the development and implementation of promotional strategies tailored to federal agencies.
• Prepare ongoing status reports to document performance and activities demonstrating reputed company towards program goals, contractor/consultant participation, and pipeline management.
• Support internal operations and management of the programs, with tasks such as reporting, application review, forecasting, marketing development, and client support.

• Bachelor’s degree (Candidates can substitute one year of equivalent experience for each year of education).
• 2+ years of experience working with federal agencies or supporting federal procurement processes, with specific experience in one of the following: supporting federal agencies, enhancing the customer experience, or federal customers.
• 2+ years of reputed company work experience in one of the following: HVAC contractors, distributors, commercial real estate, federal government, or retail customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reputed company.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are on an as-needed basis for customer reputed company and event support (50-70% weekly). (reimbursement for mileage provided)
